Nordreisa Municipality Administers A Property Mainly Consisting Of Five School Buildings, 3 Nursery Buildings, 4 Nursing Homes/Institution Buildings/Health Centres, 1 Town Hall, 1 Sports Hall, 2 Operational Stations, 1 Arts Centre. In Addition The Municipality Has Buildings Divided Between 10-15 Minor Locations, As Well As A Number Of Technical Installations Such As Road Lights And Pumping Stations. In Order To Cover The Municipality ́S Need For Plumbing Services, Nordreisa Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer For The Provision Of Such Services (Which The Municipality Due To A Lack Of Capacity In Its Own Organisations And/Or Lack Of Competence Cannot Carry Out) And The Accompanying Materials Within The Discipline. The Tasks That Are Planned To Be Included In The Framework Agreement Will Be, Among Other Things: • Provision Of Plumbing Services In Connection With Maintenance And Upgrades. • Error Searching And Repairing Technical Installations In The Discipline. • Renovation Or Installation Of Technical Installations Within The Discipline. • Relevant Courses For Municipal Operational Personnel Where The Framework Agreement Partner Can Provide This. Nb! At This Point, Framework Agreement Partners Do Not Have Exclusive Rights. The Municipality Can, In Accordance With Its Own Wish, Go To Other Actors. • Consultancy Services, Special Competence And Engineering Design Services Within The Discipline. Nb! The Municipality Can, In Accordance With Its Own Wish, Go To Other Actors. • Acute Assignments, All Days At All Times Of The Day, Which Can Occur In Connection With Operational Deviations On Municipal Buildings And Sites.
