Radio, Television, Communication, Telecommunication And Related Equipment – ​​Finavia Oyj - Framework Arrangement For Display Monitors. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Display Monitors (Monitors) To Be Installed At Finavia Oyjs Airports, Which, According To The Current Estimate, Will Be Purchased During The Framework Arrangement (Including The Option Years), Approximately 1000-2000 Pieces. Screens Are Ordered During The Contract Period According To The Subscribers Needs, And The Stated Quantities Are Not Binding. The Sizes Of The Screens To Be Purchased And The Requirements For The Screens Vary According To The Delivery Destination. In Procurement, Finavia Tenders A Framework Arrangement For Which Two (2) Suppliers Are Selected. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For Finavia, And For All Procurements Within The Framework Arrangement, A Mini-Competition Is Organized Among The Framework Arrangement Partners. Purchases Are Made Through The Partner Who Won The Mini-Competition In Accordance With The Prices Given In The Mini-Competition. The Tendered Prices In This Procurement Procedure Are Therefore The So-Called Maximum Prices That Cannot Be Exceeded In Mini Competitions. The Framework Arrangement Is Initially Valid For A Limited Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which Finavia Has The Right To Extend The Framework Arrangement For A Total Of Six (6) Option Years. The Options Are Implemented One (1) Option Year At A Time. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure And The Procedure Uses An Electronic Auction. The Course Of The Procedure Incl. The Electronic Auction Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix Flow Of Procurement Procedure And Electronic Auction.
