Securing The Skilled Workforce Is Crucial For The Competitiveness Of Companies. In View Of An Aging Society, There Is An Urgent Need For Action To Keep Employees In Companies Under Good And Healthy Working Conditions For As Long As Possible, To Tap Unused Domestic Potential And To Make The World Of Work More Inclusive And Diverse. Digital Technologies And, In Particular, Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Offer The Opportunity To Keep Or Integrate People With Age-Related, Cognitive Or Psychological Impairments In The Labor Market For Longer And Healthier And To Create An Age- And Disability-Friendly Working Environment. The Research Contract To Be Awarded (Performance Period: 2027-2028) Aims To Identify The Opportunities And Needs Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes) And Employees With Disabilities For The Use Of Technological Support In The Company And Thus To Increase Workforce Potential With The Help Of Digitalization And Ai. Since There Is Not Yet A Systematic And Comprehensive Presentation Of This, There Is A Need For Practical And Practical Scientific Research Into How Smes Can Support Employees With Disabilities Through The Use Of New Technologies (E.G. Ai) In The Company. A Contribution Should Also Be Made To Securing The Experiential Knowledge Of Employees And Strengthening Existing (Consulting) Structures By Supporting Higher-Level Institutions (E.G. Inclusion Offices, Chambers Of Commerce And Industry, Leading Business Associations) In Advising Smes On Questions Of Digital Transformation. The Research Contract Is Advertised Throughout Europe As A Competitive Dialogue With A Preliminary Participation Competition. The Services Can Be Provided By A Consortium. In Order To Achieve The Set Goals, The Contractors Implementing The Research Project Must Complete At Least The Following Work Packages.
