It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Provision Of Implementation, Project And Operational Services For It Applications In The Hospital Environment. As Part Of This Procurement Process, The University Hospital Is Tendering A Framework Contract For The Provision Of Support Services In It Application Management (Expected) From February 1, 2027 For The Following 4 Years (Planned) Including Extension Options. A Transition That Is As Gradual As Possible To Transfer Services From The Existing Operation That Has Been Outsourced To An External Service Provider Is Planned For The Period Q1/Q2 2027. The Provision Of All Contractual Services Should Be Fully Taken Over Into Regular Operations By July 1, 2027 At The Latest. The Center For Digitalization And Information Technology (Zdi) At Heidelberg University Hospital Is Operationally Divided Into Individual Areas. Supported By Contractors As External Service Providers, They Assume End-To-End Responsibility For The It Of The Clients Respective Core Processes In Order To Ensure Secure And Stable Operations, But Also The Further Development Of It Performance. The Areas For Operational Information Systems (Bis), Hospital Information Systems (Kis), Integration, Special Systems And Archiving (Isa) As Well As The Zdi Itself Are Directly Affected By The Tender And The Subject Of The Award. The Scope Of The Tender Covers The Clients Service Requirements For Operational Services In Application Management. This Includes, In Particular, Smooth Application Operation, The Quick And Permanent Resolution Of Incidents And Problems As Well As Releases, Upgrades And Updates In Coordination With The Client. This Also Includes Other Supporting Project Services That Are Directly Or Closely Related To The Aforementioned Operational Services. The Future Contractor Is Expected To Provide Comprehensive And Holistic Services As Part Of A Managed Service In Order To Implement The Clients Requirements With Regard To It Architecture, It Security And It Service Integration. The Integration Of It Services Based On The Itil V4 Framework Must Be Provided Holistically For All Departments. In This Context, The Client Will Control The Contractor(S) And Provide The It Hardware Required At The Clients Locations As Well As Some Of The Required Software Licenses.
