Construction Work – Basic Improvement Of Sörnäinen Metro Station Pju Procurement. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kloy Or The Clients Representative) Organizes A Tender For The Implementation Of The Sörnäinen Metro Station Renovation Project As A Pju On Behalf Of The Helsinki City Transport Authority (Hkl Or The Client) In Accordance With This Procurement Notice And Its Appendices. The Sörnäinen Metro Station Is Located In A Dense Urban Structure And A Significant Traffic Hub In Helsinkis Alpiharju And It Was Completed In 1984. The Metro Station Is A Cave Station Located Under Vaasanpuistiko, Helsinginkatu And Torkkelinmäki, Which Serves One Of The Most Densely Populated Neighborhoods In Finland. The Stations Customer Facilities Include The Platform Level, The Ticket Hall With Business Facilities, And Above-Ground Entrances. In 2025, There Were 33,700 Daily Users, Which Makes The Station The Third Most Used In The Metro Network. The Project Is Scheduled To Be Implemented At The Same Time As The Renewal Of The Junatie Metro Bridge, Which Will Cut Off Metro Traffic Between Kalasatama And Sörnäinen For An Estimated Seven (7) Months. In Connection With The Basic Improvement Of Fire Safety And Platform Building Technology In Sörnäini, The Level Switching Devices Leading To The Platform Level Will Also Be Renewed As A Separate Project. In The Project, The Corresponding Smoke Front Structures And Smoke Barrier Doors Will Be Built On The Platform Level, Which Were Implemented For The Rautatientori Metro Station In 2024. In Addition, The Building Technology And Vss Equipment In The Platform Area Will Be Renewed And The Lighting And General Appearance Of The Platform Level Will Be Improved. The Contract Is Implemented As A Cooperative Project Management Contract With A Target Budget. It Is A Cooperative Form Of Implementation, Where The Implementation Of Cooperation Is Supported By The Contract Structure Used And The Related Commercial Model. Information And Documents Related To The Participation Phase Must Be Prepared And Submitted In The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Service. The Application For Participation Must Contain All Requested Information And Documents. All Documents Attached To The Participation Application Are Delivered To The Customer Through The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Service. Tender Request Material: Some Of The Tender Documents Are Classified As Confidential As The Project Is Critical Infrastructure. The Attached Documents, Which Are Confidential, Can Be Handed Over To The Company That Submitted The Participation Application After Submitting The Signed Confidentiality Commitment Form (Appendix 4.1). The Confidentiality Commitment Is Delivered To The Subscriber In Connection With The Application For Participation. After The Signed Confidentiality Agreement, The Rest Of The Attached Documents Will Be Sent To The Company Via The Niiniplus Project Banks Email Link.
