Refuse-Collection Vehicles - Delivery By Purchase Of 1 (One) Brand New Truck With Refuse Collection Superstructure For Service Of Buckets And Containers And Hydraulic Crane. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of 1 (One) Number Of Factory New, Unused Specialized Car (Truck), Intended For The Needs Of Garbage Collection And Garbage Removal In The Municipality Of Karnobat. The Vehicle Is An Integrated Complex Of Three Main Components: A Car Chassis (Base Car), A Garbage Collection Superstructure And A Hydraulic Crane. The Delivery Will Take Place To The Waste Transfer Station, Karnobat City. The Delivery And Delivery/Receipt Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Certified By The Signing Of Two Copies Of A Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol By The Parties Or Their Authorized Representatives, After Checking For The Absence Of Inconsistencies Of The Technique With The Technical Characteristics Presented In The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor And The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. Order Fulfillment Includes Delivery, Warranty (Service) And Warranty Liability. All Costs For The Removal Of Warranty Damage And/Or Inconsistencies During The Proposed Warranty Period Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Regular Maintenance Of The Machine Is Carried Out By The Contractor And Is At The Expense Of The Employer. As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Financing Has Been Secured, In View Of Which The Contract Will Be Concluded Under A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
