Kindly take note of the following: Carefully read the tender dossier and its annexes. Use exclusively NCA provided annexes. Please add the name of the company on all envelopes. Physical Samples for all the requested items, to be exact to the requested specifications. NCA will not provide any financial compensation for the preparation of the samples. How to apply The Planned Timetable is as follows: Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority : 14 September 2026 15:00 hrs. Last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority : 15 September 2026 15:00 hrs. Deadline for submission of tenders (closing date) : 25 September 2026 15:00 hrs. Tender opening session : 28 September 2026 10:00 hrs. Contract award : 09 October 2026 Contract start : 14 October 2026 Offers shall be submitted in one sealed envelope containing three envelopes: Legal: Instructions to Tenderers - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder Annex 3 SUP 12 General terms and conditions for supply contracts - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder Annex 4 Code of Conduct for Contractors - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder Annex 5 Vendor Bank Verification Form - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder Letter from the bank, Stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the business bank account details.
