The Original Vendor Has Advised That In 2027, The Existing Roche Brand Integra 400+ Will No Longer Be Supported. The Equipment Will Be Upgraded To A New Siemens Brand Atellica Model Analyzer.Additional Work Includes:Demolition Of The Lab Space Northeast Wall And Removal Of Existing Sink And Millwork Located On Both Sides Of The Wall, And Demolition Of The Southeast Blood Draw Room Wall And Sink;Installation Of New Code-Compliant Plumbing Features,Shelving,Electrical Systems, And Floor Finishing;Installation Of The Owner-Supplied Atellica Lab Chemistry Analyzer; Andremoval Of The Pre-Existing Lab Chemistry Analyzer, And Installation Of A New Code-Compliant Fume-Hood With Exhaust To The Exterior.The Expected Footprint Of The Room For Construction To Occur In Is Approximately 34M2. There Is No Asbestos Expected For Work In Either The Floor Panels, Vinyl Floors, Or Drywall Compounds, But Lead Is Expected In All Painted Surfaces.Due To The Age Of The Facility, There Are No Available Cad Files, And Details On Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, And Medgas Are Sparse. The Designer Should Plan To Build Drawings From Scratch Accordingly.
