The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Inhabited In The City And Commune Of Lubowidz And From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok) Located In The Town Of Lubowidz, Ul. Podświetna 18C, 09-304 Lubowidz, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended). 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of The Following Types Of Waste Throughout The Entire Order Implementation Period: A) Municipal Waste Collected In A Non-Selective Manner (Mixed Municipal Waste); B) Municipal Waste Segregated And Collected Selectively: Glass; Paper; Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, Metal; Bio-Waste; Expired Medicines And Chemicals; Used Batteries And Accumulators; Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; Furniture And Other Bulky Waste; Construction And Demolition Waste Constituting Municipal Waste; Used Tires; Ash; Textile And Clothing Waste; Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Subsidies In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The General Characteristics Of The City And Commune Of Lubowidz In The Context Of The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
