Propane And Butane - Purchase Of Gas. Purchase Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas In Bottles (Propane-Butane) And For Tanks (Propane And Propane-Butane) In Accordance With The Specifications From The Cost List, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation, And Delivery To The Location. The Selected Bidder Undertakes To Deliver The Procurement Item In Accordance With The Law On Flammable Liquids And Gases (Official Gazette 108/95, 56/10, 114/22). The Transport Of Flammable Liquids And Gases Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Regulations On The Transport Of Dangerous Substances. The Lpg Pb Tank Is Filled At The Place Of The Installed Tank From The Tenderers Delivery Vehicle (Tanker), Which Must Be Properly And Technically Equipped For The Purpose Of Lpg Pb Transfer, For Which The Driver Must Have Documentation For Each Filling In Accordance With The Ordinance On Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Official Gazette 117/2007). Control Of Safety Conditions From The Ordinance On Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Official Gazette 117/2007) When Filling Lpg Tanks Is Carried Out By Trained Employees Of The Selected Bidder Who Directly Connect And Disconnect Connecting Devices And Who Must Be Constantly Present During Filling. The Provisions Of The Applicable Obligatory Relations Act Are Applied Appropriately To The Responsibility Of The Contracting Parties For The Deliveries Of Goods That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure.
