Recruitment Services – European Tender For Hiring Broker Services. Kennisnet Uses External Professionals To Carry Out Its Work, Including Ict Specialists, Advisors, Project Managers And Other Support Functions. The Current Framework Agreement For Broker Services Ends On January 1, 2027. To Ensure The Continuity Of External Staffing, A New European Tender Is Being Carried Out For The Contracting Of Three Temporary Broker Service Providers. Kennisnet Is Looking For Broker Service Providers Who Are Able To Provide High-Quality Services In The Areas Of Recruitment And Selection, Contracting, Administrative Handling, Invoicing, Compliance And Advice Regarding External Hiring. Kennisnet Attaches Great Importance To Transparency In Rates And Chains, Compliance With Legislation And Regulations And Active Support With Risks Surrounding Employment Relationships. The Assignment Includes At Least The Following Activities: Recruiting, Selecting And Offering Suitable External Professionals; Taking Care Of The Contractual, Administrative And Financial Handling Of External Hiring; Managing Risks In The Field Of Employment Relations, Taxation, Chain Liability And False Self-Employment; Providing Transparency In Rate Structure, Chain Composition And Margins; Advising Kennisnet On Labor Market Developments, Legislation And Regulations, Rates And Appropriate Contract Forms. The Broker Service Provider Must Provide At Least The Following Services During The Term Of The Framework Agreement: Carrying Out Recruitment And Selection Activities For External Professionals; Contracting And Administratively Handling Candidates Selected By Kennisnet; Facilitating Mini-Competitions And Offering Suitable Candidates In A Timely Manner; Taking Care Of Invoicing And Financial Settlement Of Deployed Professionals; Providing Management Information And Periodic Reports; Supporting Kennisnet In Complying With The Dba Act, Wtta And Other Relevant Legislation And Regulations; Supervising The Transition Of Existing Hires And Supporting A Possible Exit To A Successor Broker. In Addition To Operational Services, The Broker Service Provider Fulfills An Active Advisory Role Throughout The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Broker Is Expected To Provide Solicited And Unsolicited Advice On Developments In The Labor Market, Changes In Legislation And Regulations, Risks Within The Hiring Chain, Rates, Scarcity And The Design Of Hiring Processes. This Advisory Function Is Interwoven With The Performance Of The Services And Does Not Constitute A Separate Assignment.
