The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Complex Organization And Provision Of Services Related To Business Trips Of Employees Of Sofia Tech Park Jsc, Seconded Under Project No. 101250707 Brain Pp, Namely: Making Reservations And Provision Of Plane Tickets For Air Transportation Of Passengers And Luggage For Domestic And Foreign Travel, Including On Scheduled Airlines And Low-Cost Flights; Provision Of Hotel Reservations And Accommodations In The Country And Abroad; Organization Of Airport - Hotel - Airport Transfers In The Country And Abroad; As Well As The Provision Of Assistance When Traveling Abroad Insurances. The Services Will Be Provided As Necessary And Based On Specific Requests Of The Employer, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Relevant Business Trip. When Providing Airline Tickets, The Contractor Should Book, Sell And Issue Tickets Through A Global Reservation System, Providing The Most Favorable Prices Available At The Time Of The Specific Request And Aligning The Proposals With The Requirements Of The Employer Regarding Destination, Period And Hours Of Travel, Route, Luggage And Other Relevant Conditions.
