The Cea Wishes To Set Up A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement, 2 Holders, Whose Services, In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Include In Particular: * Design: - Pre-Project Studies, - Definition Of Components, - Production Of Plans, - Recovery Of A Component. * Static Simulation: - Pre-Project Studies, - Preparation Of The Digital Model, - Studies Of Stress States, - Studies Of Thermal Expansion Phenomena, - Other Services. * Dynamic Simulation: - Pre-Project Studies, - Preparation Of The Digital Model, - Carrying Out A Bar Drop Test, - Carrying Out A Free Fall Test, - Carrying Out A Punch Drop Test, - Other Services. The Services Indicated Above Are At The Request Of The Cea And Independent Of Each Other. However, The Cea May Request A Design And Simulation (Complete Process) Which Will Involve The Use Of Several Bpus Indicated Above. The Framework Agreement Also Provides For A Service Based On A Prior Fixed Estimate. The Framework Agreement Is Planned For A Period Of 60 Months Including 36 Firm Months And 24 Optional Months (Split Into 12-Month Increments).
