The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Task I - Subprints For 2027 - Design And Production Of Subprints Of Certificates On The Detailed Results Of The Eighth-Grade Exam, Subprints Of Certificates Confirming Vocational Qualifications, Subprints Of Secondary School Leaving Certificates, On Paper With A Watermark With A Special Chemical Composition That Prevents Traceless Removal Of The Print, And Distribution Of The Above. Materials To The Offices Of 8 District Examination Commissions And The Central Examination Commission. 2) Task Ii - Subprints For 2028 - Preparation (Including Possible Adaptation Of Projects) Of Subprints Of Certificates On Detailed Results Of The Eighth-Grade Exam, Subprints Of Certificates Confirming Vocational Qualifications, Subprints Of Secondary School Leaving Certificates, On Paper With A Watermark With A Special Chemical Composition That Prevents Traceless Removal Of The Print, And Distribution Of The Above. Materials To The Offices Of 8 District Examination Commissions And The Central Examination Commission. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use, As Part Of Each Of The Tasks, Specified In Section 1, From The Option Right To Extend The Subject Of The Order By An Additional Number Of Copies Of Subprints, In The Event Of Demand Going Beyond The Scope Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right During The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Contract, But Not Earlier Than After Completing The Deliveries In The Scope Of The Basic Contract Under A Given Task. The Maximum Range Of Options Under Each Task Will Not Exceed 60,000 Pieces Of Subprints In Total: Up To 10,000 Pieces Of Certificates On Detailed Results Of The Eighth-Grade Exam / Up To 50,000 Pieces Of Secondary School Leaving Certificates / Certificates Confirming Vocational Qualifications. The Option Right May Be Exercised Through A Single Order Or Through Successive Orders Placed By The Ordering Party. Each Order Under The Option Right Will Not Be Less Than 10,000 Pcs. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise All Or Part Of The Option Right (The Exercise Of The Option Right Does Not Reach The Maximum Target Of 60,000 Pieces Of Subprints Under The Task), The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For The Exercise Of The Option Right Against The Ordering Party, Including For Lost Profits, To Which The Contractor Expresses Its Irrevocable Consent. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Extend The Subject Of The Order By The Number And Type Of Subprints According To Actual Demand. The Deadline For Delivering Subprints Under The Option Right (Task I, Task Ii) Is Each Time Up To 30 Days From The Date Of The Ordering Partys Additional Request. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A And 1B To The Swz. 4.
