The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of A Brand New Dual-Purpose Truck Of The Wuko Type (A Special Truck For Cleaning Sewage Systems) Together With The Delivery Of A Brand New Septic Tank Structure, As Well As A Non-Integrated, Portable Smoke Generator (Fume Machine) With A Set Of Accessories. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. Minimum Year Of Chassis And Bodywork Production: 2026. A. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Approved For Traffic In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law. B. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Requirements For Slurry Vehicles. C. The Structures And Devices Must Have The Ce Mark And Declarations Of Compliance With Applicable Standards. D. All Documents (Operating Manuals, Warranty And Service Books, On-Board Computers) Must Be Provided In Polish. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 Under The Name Appendix No. 1 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
