Demolition Work – Expansion Of The Leibniz-Gymnasium Essen - Dismantling Of The Existing Building. The City Of Essen Intends To Build A New School Building At The Location Of The Leibniz-Gymnasium At Stankheitstrasse 22 In 45326 Essen. In Order To Develop The Area, It Is Necessary To Dismantle The Buildings On The Area In A Controlled Manner And Completely Demolish Them. The Buildings To Be Demolished (Open-Air Hall, School Pavilion And Youth Sports Hall) Are Currently Still In Use, But Will Be Shut Down Before Construction Begins. The Youth Sports Hall Was Originally Built Around 1913 And Has Been Remodeled And Expanded Several Times Over The Years. The School Pavilion Was Built At The Beginning Of The 80S And The Open-Air Hall In 2005. The Buildings In Question Have The Following Floor Areas And Conversions: Open-Air Hall Floor Area Approx. 463 M2, Enclosed Space Approx. 2,430 M3 Pavilion Floor Area 371 M2, Enclosed Space 1,300 M3 Youth Sports Hall Floor Area 1,120 M2, Converted Space 8,500 M3 Note On Execution / Scope Of Work / Interfaces The Services To Be Provided Include The Preliminary Pollutant Remediation Work And The Subsequent Demolition Of The Buildings Described. In Addition, After The Old Buildings Have Been Dismantled, An Interim Condition That Is Safe For Traffic Should Be Created Until Construction Begins.
