The Purpose Of This Public Order Is To Ensure Complete Modern Equipment Of The Workplace Within The Clinic Of Hepatogastroenterology So That The Equipment Of The Workplace, As One Of The Busiest Workplaces In The Czech Republic, Corresponds To The Current Needs Of The Clinic And The Client Can Provide Quality Care To Patients At The Highest Level Within The Clinical Procedures Of One Clinic. The Acquisition Of New Devices, Especially The Endoscopic Tower For The Ercp Room, Will Ensure The Safety And Smoothness Of Operation, Reduce The Risk Of Damage To The Device During Its Transport Between Individual Workplaces And Enable A More Efficient Organization Of The Work Of The Operating Staff. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of: - 1 Piece Of Endoscopy Tower Including Processor, Rinse, Insufflator And Trolley, - 1 Piece Of Video Gastroscope And - 1 Piece Of Video Colonoscope, As Well As Devices Or Equipment For Endoscopic Devices, For The Workplace Of Gastroenterology Methods, Incl. Provision Of Warranty And Subsequent Post-Warranty Service. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Completely New, Unused And Delivered In Full Compliance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations And Technical Standards. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Vz Consists Of: - The Supply Of New Devices In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Technical Specification, Which Forms Annex No. 4/A,B,C Zp, Their Installation And Commissioning, - The Provision Of Subsequent Service (Warranty And Post-Warranty) Of The Devices, All Under The Conditions And To The Extent Defined In The Zp, Incl. All Attachments.
