Westfriedhof, Baldurstrasse, General Renovation, Ve: Electrical Installation, Photovoltaic System The New Garage And Workshop Building Of The New Depot Is Being Rebuilt In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Old Horticultural Base. The New Depot Contains Staff Accommodation For The Staff Required Directly At The Depot, I.E. It Contains An Office Within The Office Wing, Toilet And Sanitary Rooms. The Depot With The Garages Will Be Equipped With Parking Spaces For Recycling Containers, A Washing Hall And A Tank Facility, Carports And A Room For Model Coffins. The New Depot Will Be Realized As A U-Shaped Courtyard Development. The Storage Areas/Garages For Vehicles And Building Materials Used By Grave Makers And Cemetery Gardeners Are Grouped Around An Inner Courtyard. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Complete Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Testing And Documentation Of A Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System With An Installed Output Of Approx. 46 Kwp. The Photovoltaic System Will Be Built On A Gravel Flat Roof Area. The Substructure Is To Be Designed As A Self-Supporting Flat Roof System With An Inclination Of 30° And Secured With Suitable Load. The Intended Occupancy Area Is Approx. 200 M². The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, The Delivery And Assembly Of The Pv Modules Including Substructure And Ballasting, The Dc Cabling Including Plug Connectors, The Solar Inverter Including Inverter Frame, System Monitoring And Pv Display As Well As All Necessary Ancillary, Testing, Commissioning And Documentation Services. The Inverter Must Be Accommodated On The Roof Next To The Pv System In A Separate, Covered Inverter Frame That Is Protected From The Weather. Essential Services (Approx.
