Ip Telephone Services – Evolutionary Maintenance Of Ip Telephone Systems. The Contract Covers The Following Services: Evolutionary Maintenance Of Ip Telephony Systems The Object Of The Contract Is The Maintenance And Keeping In Operational Condition Of Existing Telephone Systems, Software And Equipment, As Well As The Supply Of Additional Hardware And Software As Part Of Evolutionary Maintenance For The Member Entities Of The Order Group: City Of Versailles And The Versailles Grand Parc Agglomeration Community. The Contract Also Includes The Following Associated Services: Studies, Configuration, Implementation, Security And Training Linked To Improvements And Extensions Of Internal Telephony Solutions. Finally, It Covers Operational And Change Management Assistance Services, Carried Out On Site Or In An Agency, In Particular By Remote Support, In The Form Of Work Units. The Services Are Broken Down Into Two Technical Positions: Position 1: Evolutionary Maintenance Of Ip Telephony Systems / Position 2: Supply Of Ip Telephone Terminals And Associated Accessories. The Form Chosen For The Execution Of The Contract Is Purchase Orders With No Minimum And A Single-Award Maximum In Application Of Article R2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months From Notification Of The Contract. The Execution Times For Purchase Orders Are Defined In Article 4 Of The Ccap. The Conditions For Providing Services Are Described In Article 6.1 Of The Ccap And In The Cctp. The Terms Of Verification Of Services Are Defined In Article 6.2 Of The Ccap And In The Cctp. The Execution Deadlines Are Defined In Article 4 Of The Ccap. The Prices Are Unitary And The Revision Methods Are Defined In Article 5 Of The Ccap. Penalties Are Defined In Article 8 Of The Ccap
