Westfriedhof, Baldurstrasse, General Renovation; Ve: Electrical Installation Work, General, Depot The New Garage And Workshop Building Of The New Depot Is Being Rebuilt In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Old Horticultural Base. The New Depot Contains Staff Accommodation For The Staff Required Directly At The Depot, I.E. It Contains An Office Within The Office Wing, Toilet And Sanitary Rooms. The Depot With The Garages Will Be Equipped With Parking Spaces For Recycling Containers, A Washing Hall And A Tank Facility, Carports And A Room For Model Coffins. The New Depot Will Be Realized As A U-Shaped Courtyard Development. The Storage Areas/Garages For Vehicles And Building Materials Used By Grave Makers And Cemetery Gardeners Are Grouped Around An Inner Courtyard. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Complete Reconstruction Of The Electrical Engineering Systems Including Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Testing And Documentation. The Existing Systems Are Dismantled On Site. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The New Installation Of High-Voltage Systems, The Construction Of New Installation Systems And Cable Systems, The Delivery And Assembly Of Main, Sub- And Area Distributors, The Installation Of Energy-Efficient Led Lighting Systems, The Development Of Telecommunications And Data Networks, Door Intercom Systems, Grounding And Potential Equalization Systems As Well As All Necessary Fire Protection Measures.
