In Addition To Site Management Responsibilities, The Overall Contract Includes Construction Technical Work (Construction Contractor), Hvac Work According To The Plans And Related Auxiliary Work. As An Optional Part Of The Contract, The Repair Work Of The So-Called Old-Side Sauna Section Is Offered According To The Plans, Including Repairs Of The Sauna, Washroom, Changing Rooms, Toilets To The Extent Presented In The Plans And Attachments. The Optional Work Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Order For Option Works Is Decided When The Overall Contract Is Ordered, And The Option Works Can Start Once The Contract Has Been Signed.
