The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction Project Of The Logistics Training Building At Piikatu 6 And Related Technical Connection Works. The Training Building Is Located On The Piikatu 6 Lot In Imatra. The Construction Project Includes A Training Building, A Waste Shed And A Yard Area That Enables The Drive-Through Of The Maintenance Hall. The Project Is Carried Out According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer As A Divided Contract, Where The Contractors Are In A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Construction Contractor Is The Main Contractor Who Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Coordinates The Construction Through Subordination Agreements. The Competition Is Divided Into The Following Areas: 1. Main Contractor/Construction Contractor2. Pipe Contract (Side Contract)3. Iv Contract (Side Contract)4. Electrical Contract (Side Contract)5.
