The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance, Support, Development And Expert Services Related To The Tungsten Software Robotics Solution Used By The Customer, As Well As New Robotics Implementations Implemented In Accordance With The Customers Needs. The Procurement Does Not Concern The Purchase Of A New Software Robotics Platform, But The Selection Of A Supplier Responsible For Service Production, Maintenance, Development Of The Existing Tungsten Solution And The Implementation Of New Automation Implementations. The Purpose Of The Procurement Includes Maintenance And Support Services For Current Robots, Investigation Of Errors And Disturbances, Changes And Further Development, Design Of New Robots, Implementation, Testing, Documentation And Export To Production, Service Management And The Necessary Expert Services. The Service Is Produced In A Technical Environment Managed By The Customer. The Supplier Must Ensure That The Service Is Managed, Maintained, Documented And Secure. Current Automation Is Mainly Based On User Interface Automation, Where A Robot Logs Into Systems, Processes Data According To Defined Rules, Performs Checks, Handles Exceptions, Enters Or Updates Data Into Systems And Produces Notifications, Summaries Or Reporting Data. Some Of The Automations Also Make Use Of File-Based Materials, E-Mail, Databases And Data Transfers Between Systems. The Automations Deal With, Among Other Things: - Accounting And Approval Of Purchase Invoices - Generation Of Sales Invoices - Inspections Of Building Control Permit Processing - Transfer Of Building Control Data Between Systems - Processing Of Library System Customer And Card Applications - Management Of Library Card Pin Codes - Correction Of Case Management System Metadata - Checking And Updating Of Document Datapart Automations Can Process Personal Data That Requires Special Protection, Such As Personal Ids. The Current Automation Complex Consists Of Approximately 10–13 Robotics Implementations, Some Of Which Are In Continuous Production Use And Some Are Individual Limited-Time Implementations. The Scope Of The Processes Varies From Simple Automations Of A Single Work Step To Automations Utilizing Several Systems And Containing Exception Handling. The Current State Description Of Robot Implementations Has Been Prepared Based On The Current Documentation Available To The Customer. The Description Is Intended To Support The Evaluation Of Bidders Pricing And The Extent Of The Entity To Be Maintained. The Description Is Of A General Level And Should Not Be Considered A Detailed Technical Or Process-Specific Implementation Description. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. After This Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Contract Will Automatically Continue Indefinitely Without A Separate Decision Or Renewal Of The Contract. The Contract Termination Period Is Six (6) Months. The Target For The Start Of The Contract Period Is 01.11.2026. However, The Contract Period Starts At The Earliest After The Procurement Decision Is Received By The Law Enforcement Agency And The Contract Is Signed By Both Parties
