The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Additional Ground Surveys To Be Carried Out On The Plot Of The New Health And Social Center In Tikkurila, Which Will Complement The Ground Surveys Carried Out In 2020–2021. The Goal Of The Studies Is To Supplement The Initial Data Of The Project, Reduce Uncertainties Related To Soil Conditions, And Support The Planning Of Bidders And The Evaluation Of Framework Solutions During The Competitive Negotiation Procedure. Additional Studies Will Be Used To Specify The Soil Contamination (Pima), The Geotechnical Properties Of The Clay Layers, And The Location Of The Rock Surface And Bedrock. The Service Includes The Planning Of Studies, The Implementation Of Field Studies And The Delivery Of Research Material To The Customer In The Agreed Format. The Studies Include E.G. Drilling, Sampling, Groundwater Observations And Other Geotechnical Soil Investigations. The Service Also Includes The Preparation Of Studies, Analyzes And Research Reports Required In The Request For Tenders. The Aim Of The Studies Is To Supplement The Initial Data Of The Project, Reduce Uncertainties Related To Soil Conditions, And Support The Planning Of Bidders And The Evaluation Of Framework Solutions During The Competitive Negotiation Procedure. Additional Studies Will Be Used To Specify The Soil Contamination (Pima), The Geotechnical Properties Of The Clay Layers, And The Location Of The Rock Surface And Bedrock. The Customers Consultant Is Responsible For The Interpretation Of The Research Results At The Level Of The Project As A Whole And For The Geotechnical Conclusions That Support Further Planning. The Goal Of The Additional Foundation Studies To Be Acquired Now Is To Ensure A Reliable And Uniform Initial Data Base To Support The Projects Risk Management And Further Planning, Which Will Be Published To All Bidders Involved In The Negotiation Phase. Based On The Competition, One (1) Alternate Supplier Will Also Be Selected, With Whom The Actual Contract Can Be Concluded, If The Contract Supplier Does Not Meet The Terms And Conditions Of The Request For Tender At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, Or If The Contract Supplier Does Not Meet These Conditions And Conditions During The Contract Period. It Is A One-Time Purchase. The Estimated Value Of The Purchase Is Approx. 60,000 Euros
