Prior Information Notice For Forestry Services – Provision Of Forest Management Services In The Staszów Forest District In 2027 - Procedure No. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 567 - Forest Act), Covering Works In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, As Well As Nursery And Seed Production, To Be Performed In The Staszów Forest District In 2027. The Ordering Party Envisages Dividing The Order Into Parts: General Packages (Works In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Forest Harvesting And Skidding) And Specialist Packages. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. The Material Scope Of The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Exceed 100% Of The Value Of This Order. Planned Date Of Commencement And Completion Of The Contract: 01/01/2027 - 15/01/2028.
