The Subject Of The Order Consists Of A Guaranteed Order And Option Rights On The Terms Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract: 3.1. The Guaranteed Order Will Consist In The Implementation Of The Maintenance Service Along With The Replacement Of The Devices Indicated In Annex No. 1/A To The Swz. 3.2. The Order Under The Option Right Will Consist In: 3.2.1. Option 1: Adapting The Ocr Checkpoint In Barwinek To The New Traffic Organization Resulting From The Construction Of The S19 Road; 3.2.2. Option 2: Implementation Of The Maintenance Service Described In The Scope Of The Guaranteed Order In Relation To Changes Resulting From The Exercise Of The Right To Option 1; 3.2.3.
