Spa Services – Open Procedure On Behalf Of The Municipality Of Bagni Di Lucca For The Concession, In Project Finance, Of The Management Of The Jean Varraud Thermal Establishment, Subject To The Planning And Execution Of Safeguard, Recovery And Valorisation Interventions. The Main Object Of The Concession Consists In The Management Of The Thermal Real Estate Complex Of Casa Boccella And Jean Varraud, Located In Bagni Di Lucca, Bagni Caldi District, Piazza S. Martino, Including The Adjacent Area Called “Docce Basse” (Hereinafter Also Thermal Real Estate Complex). For Management Reasons It Is Also Necessary To Carry Out Instrumental And Preparatory Work Which Takes On An Accessory Nature. The Main Object Of The Concession Concerns The Management Of The Asset And The Following Spa Services, Better Described In The Contract Outline And In The Other Documents Forming The Basis Of The Tender Which Are Part Of The Proposal. The Concession Proposal Includes, In Addition To Management Services, The Executive Planning And Implementation Of Redevelopment Works As Foreseen In The Project Prepared By The Promoter.
