City Of Neuötting - Expansion Of The Max Fellermeier Elementary And Middle School Building Property Planning Services In Accordance With § 34 Ff. Hoai, Service Phases 1-9 The City Of Neuötting Is Planning To Expand The Max Fellermeier Elementary And Middle School On Simbacher Straße In Neuötting. The Elementary School Was Built In 1963 And The Middle School Was Added In 1969. Most Recently, Energy-Saving Renovations And Various Fire Protection Measures Were Carried Out. There Are Currently Around 590 Students (357 Primary School Students, 233 Middle School Students) Being Taught At The School. Due To Increasing Student Numbers, Changing Educational Requirements, The Expansion Of All-Day Education And Care Offerings As Well As Additional Space Requirements For Teaching, Care And Administration, The School Location Is Increasingly Reaching Its Capacity Limits. To Examine The Structural Development Options, A Feasibility Study Was Created As Of August 14, 2025. The Study Is Part Of The Tender Documents And Is Made Available To All Bidders As A Uniform Information Basis. The Findings, Assumptions And Preliminary Investigations Contained Therein Are Considered To Compensate For Disadvantages For All Bidders. The “Music Hall” Extension From 1982, Previously Used As A Conference Room On The Ground Floor, Now Used For Classes Due To Lack Of Space, And The Primary Schools Wtg Room In The Basement, Will Be Demolished For This Purpose. Additional Classrooms, Group And Support Rooms, A Wtg Room For The Primary School, A Divisible Science Room, A Conference Room And The Necessary Technical And Ancillary Areas Are Planned. In Addition, Measures To Improve Accessibility And To Implement Them In The Most Compatible Way Possible During Ongoing School Operations Were Considered. The Preferred Variant Has A Net Floor Space (Nrf) Of Around 1,442 M² For The Extension. The Cost Estimate Determined For This As Part Of The Feasibility Study Amounts To Around Eur 6.9 Million Gross.
