Refuse Collection Services – Ensuring The Collection And Disposal Of Waste For The City Of Kaplice And Adjacent Settlements. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Public Contract Or Vz) Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Municipal Waste Management For The Municipality, Including In Particular: A) Collection, Collection, Removal Or Use Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Mww) From Collection Containers Located At Sites Designated By The Contracting Authority, Including The Handling Of Collection Containers, Their Return To The Original Location After Collection And The Possibility Of Ensuring The Delivery Of Collection Containers, Both For Collection Points (Container Sites), As Well As For Containers Located Near Family Houses, B) Collection, Collection And Use Of Sorted Municipal Waste, Especially Paper And Cardboard, Plastics, Glass, Metals And Beverage Cartons, Including The Possibility Of Ensuring The Delivery Of Collection Containers, Through Collection Points (Container Sites), Containers Located Near Family Houses, Or Bag Collection According To The Municipal System, C) Collection, Collection And Use Of Biodegradable Waste, Especially Biodegradable Waste From Households And Public Green, Including The Possibility Of Supplying Collection Containers And Ensuring Collection According To The Clients Specifications, From Collection Points And From Family Homes, D) Collection And Removal Of Bulky Waste, Including The Provision Of Large-Volume Containers Or Mobile Collection According To The Needs Of The Municipality, E) Acceptance, Collection And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste From The Citizens Of The Municipality, Especially Through Mobile Collection Or A Collection Point Designated By The Client, And Handing Them Over To An Authorized Person, F) Collection And Removal Of Selected Types Of Waste, For Example Wood Waste Catalog Number 20 03 07 (E.G. Window Frames), Discarded Furniture, Or Other Types According To The Needs Of The Municipality, F) Ensuring Waste Records, Including Keeping Continuous Records Of The Types And Quantities Of Collected Waste And Records Of Dumping And Weighing Collection Containers Marked With A Contactless Identifier (Rfid), If They Are Equipped With This System, G) Ensuring The Fulfillment Of The Reporting Obligations Of The Municipality, In Particular The Provision Of Documents For The Annual Report On Production And Waste Management, H) Collection And Removal Of Waste From Waste Bins Located On The Territory Of The Municipality, Including Ensuring Their Regular Emptying, I) Operational Provision Of Waste Containers During Events Organized By The Municipality And Subsequent Collection And Removal Of Generated Waste, J) Cleaning Of Container Sites And Places With Collection Or Other Waste Containers, Including Washing Collection And Other Waste Containers And Removal Of Loose Waste, While Waste Collection Must Not Start Before 6:00 A.M. And Must Not Be Carried Out After 9:00 P.M. Evening Hour.
