Tender For The Service Delivery Of Security Cylinders And Keys And Expansion Of Existing Locking Systems Within A Framework Contract For The Properties Of Various Sizes Managed By Berliner Immobilienmanagement Gmbh (Bim), Such As Cultural Objects (Theaters, Museums, Etc.), Locations Of The Berlin Fire Department And The Berlin Police, Refugee Accommodation, Courts Of The State Of Berlin, Schools (High School Centers), Tax Offices And Other Administrative Buildings. The Framework Agreement Includes, Among Others, The Following Brands: Ikon, Dom, Bks, Ces, Bab-Ikon, Evva, Winkhaus, Assa-Ruko, Buga, Kaba/Gege. Call-Off From A Framework Agreement In The Form Of Individual Orders. Individual Orders Can Be Initiated Both By Bim Gmbh As The Client, The State Office For Building Management (Lfg), And By Third Parties On Behalf Of The Client. The Framework Agreement Is Accessed Via The Web-Based Fm Portal Of Bim Gmbh. Special Order Forms Are Used For Calls In Paper Form. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Minimum Sales Or Order Quantity. The Contractor Delivers At The Agreed Time To The Delivery Point Specified By The Client. The Goods Must Be Packed Professionally In Such A Way That Damage Is Safely Avoided. The Current Locking Plan Must Be Delivered With The Material Delivery Or Sent By The Manufacturer. The Response Time For The Order From The Manufacturer, Which Must Be Verified At The Request Of The Client, Is 1 Working Day. Any Disruptions In Delivery Or Service Must Be Reported To The Client Immediately, Stating The Reasons. If Necessary, Security Cards Will Be Left With The Individual Order In The Trustees Of The Contractor. The Return Is At The Risk And Expense Of The Contractor. The Handover Of Security Cards Is Accompanied By A Handover Letter To Be Signed By A Member Of The Contractors Management. Security Cards Handed Over Must Be Stored By The Contractor In Suitable Fire- And Theft-Proof Containers, Such As Appropriate Safes. The Contractor Is Liable For The Safe Storage Of The Security Cards. The Contractor Is Prepared To Provide Personal Data For A Background Check, Such As That Carried Out For Work Within Police Departments. For The Workers Employed Under The Contract, A Police Clearance Certificate That Is Not Older Than 6 Months Must Be Presented. The Information Must Be Handed Over To The Client Within 4 Weeks Of The Order. The Data Is Saved. The Review Is Free Of Charge For The Client And Should Be Completed 20 Working Days After The Order Was Placed.
