Under The Option Right: The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver To The Ordering Party A Rack Server With A 5-Year Warranty And Manufacturers Service Support, For The Needs Of The Virtualization Environment, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement - Sopz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality Requirements, Technical Requirements (Parameters And Functionalities) Are Included In The Draft Contract (Including Its Annexes) Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 133 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Due To The Protection Of The Confidential Nature Of The Information Contained In Annex No. 1 (Sopz), The Ordering Party Cannot Provide The Above-Mentioned Information.
