It Software Package – Delivery Of An It Solution Including The Functionality Of Extended Detection And Response To Threats In Various Security Layers (Xdr). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Migration Of Data By The Contractor To The Recipient - The Ministry Of Justice, Common Courts And The Purchasing Center For The Judiciary Of The Budgetary Economy Institution (Czds Igb), An Xdr (Extended\Endpoint Detection And Response) Class System - An It Solution Including The Functionality Of Extended Detection And Response To Threats In Various Security Layers, Ensuring Comprehensive Protection Of The It Environment Against Attacks, Along With Warranty, Technical Support, Training Workshops, Integration With Existing Siem And Soar Systems And Technical Assistance Services. The Implementation Will Include Launching The System And Configuration In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The System, As Well As Carrying Out Knowledge Transfer And Data Migration. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular: 1) To Provide The Software Required For The Proper Operation Of The System, 2) To Grant Or Ensure The Granting Of All Licenses Together With Technical Support, For A Fixed Period Of 36 Months From The Signing Of The Implementation Acceptance Protocol, Required For The Proper Operation Of The System, As A Whole And Its Individual Elements, For At Least 100,000 Workstations Or Servers In The Recipients Distributed It Infrastructure. And Units (If Applicable), Of Which 7,000 For The Ministry Of Justice, 93,000 For The Units, 170 For Czds Igb (The Number Of Licenses For Czds Igb Is An Optional Scope Of The Order). The Licensee Is The Recipient, And The Entities Authorized To Use The System Are The Entities, 3) Implement, Launch And Configure The System, Migrate Data And Recreate The Configuration From The Currently Used System, 4) Prepare Design Documentation And As-Built Documentation, 5) Transfer The Copyrights To The Documentation Developed By The Contractor Under The Agreement To The Recipient, 6) As Part Of The Implementation - Transfer Knowledge To A Maximum Of 20 Persons Indicated By The Recipient, In The Scope Of The Functioning Of The Delivered System And Maintenance And Development Activities In The Area Of Its Administration, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Described In Chapter V Of The Opz (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), 7) Provide The Recipient With A Warranty For The System Delivered Under The Agreement, Including A Software Warranty, From The Date Of Signing The System Implementation Acceptance Protocol Until The Expiry Of The License Period, No Longer Than For A Period Of 36 Months, And Provide Services During This Period Warranty Services Regarding The Implemented System, As Part Of The Remuneration Resulting From The Agreement, 8) Conduct Training Workshops For A Maximum Of 20 People Indicated By The Recipient, Related To The Offered System, To The Extent And Under The Conditions Described In Chapter Vi Of The Opz (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), 3.
