The Subscriber Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Procurement Amounts Possibly Presented In Other Documents Are Only Estimates And Are Not Binding On The Customer. The Contract Does Not Give The Operator The Exclusive Right To Produce The Services Covered By The Contract. If The Customer Does Not Reach A Sufficiently Comprehensive Number Of Service Providers Regionally Or Numerically Through The Means Of This Competition, The Customer Reserves The Option To Suspend This Procurement Procedure Without Making A Procurement Decision.
