Road Transport Services – Road Transport Of Various Stone Materials. Framework Business Contract For Road Transport Of Various Stone Materials Up To A Net Frame Amount Of Huf 900,000,000. During The Term Of The Contract, The Customer Undertakes To Draw A Net Sum Of Huf 692,500,000 From The Total Amount. The Expected Amount Is 220,100 Tons Of Road Transport Of Various Stone Materials, Of Which 173,600 Tons Of Crushed Railway Stone (From The Mine Of Basaltker Kft.) And 46,500 Tons Of Dolomite For Road Construction (From The Mine Of Kincses Kő Kft.) Are Expected. The Tenderer Cannot Precisely Determine The Quantity To Be Delivered In Relation To The Planned Destinations, Given That He Does Not Know In Advance On Which Railway Lines He Will Carry Out Work, Maintenance And Repair For The Duration Of The Contract. In This Call For Tenders, The Tenderer Provided The Quantity Data For Informational Purposes, The Quantity That Will Actually Be Ordered Cannot Be Forecasted. Gysev Zrt. Owns Or Requires The Domestic Road Transport Of The Various Stone Materials (Crushed Railway Stone, Road Construction Dolomite) Required For The Works Carried Out On The Railway Tracks It Operates, The Exact Conditions Of Which Are Defined In The Case Orders At The Time Of Their Occurrence. In The Ad Hoc Order, The Applicant Specifies The Location Of The Starting Station, The Place Of Delivery, The Quantity Of Stone Material To Be Transported And The Deadline For The Fulfillment Of Ad Hoc Orders. The Bidder Is Entitled To Issue Several Individual Orders At The Same Time, But The Bidder Undertakes That There Will Be No Overlaps Between Orders Above 6,000 Tons, I.E. New Orders Will Only Be Placed After Completion. The Applicant Undertakes To Request The Delivery Of A Maximum Of 8,000 Tons In A One-Off Order. Starting Station: - Basaltker Kft. Mine In Uzsa: 8321 Uzsa, Külterület, Hrsz.: 0260/1. (Gps Coordinates: North Latitude 46.889722 º, East Longitude 17.341667 º) - Ugod Mine Of Kincses Kő Kft.: 8564 Ugod, Dióspuszta Dolomite Mine; (Gdp Coordinates: North Latitude 47.330235 º, East Longitude 17.653359º) At The Starting Station, In The Uzsa Or Ugod Mine, The Necessary Machines And Conditions For Loading The Cargo Are Provided, The Given Mine Carries Out The Loading. It Is Possible To Load Shipments In Both Mines On Working Days Between 6 A.M. And 6 P.M. After The Handover By The Mines, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Sign The Delivery Notes Issued By The Mine, Certifying That The Stone Material Has Been Received. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods That Are The Subject Of This Contract By The Shortest Road Route, Taking Road Restrictions Into Account. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Unload The Goods At The Designated Delivery Location (Tilt Them Off The Truck).
