Electricity – Procurement Of Electricity. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity, Specified And Determined By Type And Estimated (Framework) Quantity In The Cost Sheet And Appendix I - Metering Points, Tariff Models And Calculation Elements, Which Is Attached. Economic Entities Offer The Subject Of Purchase In Accordance With The General Conditions For The Use Of The Network And The Supply Of Electricity (Official Gazette 85/15 And 49/20, 104/20, 80/21 And Any Amendments) In Compliance With The Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21) And Other Regulations That Regulate This Market. The Electricity Calculation Will Be Performed By The Supplier Based On Measurement Data Determined By The Distribution System Operator With Measuring Devices At The Customers Calculation Measurement Points, In Accordance With The General Conditions For The Use Of The Network And The Supply Of Electricity And The Network Rules Of The Distribution System (Official Gazette 74/2018 And 52/2020 And Any Amendments). The Calculation Element On The Basis Of Which The Calculation Of Electricity Supply Is Made Is: - Taken Working Energy Expressed In Kwh. As A Calculation Element, Compensation For Encouraging Production From Renewable Energy Sources (Res) In Accordance With The Decision On Compensation For Renewable Energy Sources And High-Efficiency Cogeneration (Og 87/17 And 57/20) And Excise Duty For Business Use Of Electricity In Accordance With The Law On Excise (Og 106/2018) Which Are Regulated By Positive Regulations Of The Republic Of Croatia And Other Possible Fees, Taxes Or Supplements In Accordance With Current Regulations, Which The Buyer Of Electricity Is Required To Provide Bill The Electricity Supplier. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Regulating The Amount Of The Fee For Renewable Energy Sources And High-Efficiency Cogeneration Or Excise Duty For Business/Non-Business Use, In Such A Way That The Amount Of Said Fee Or Excise Duty Changes, The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Charge The Amount Of The Fee That Corresponds To The Amount In Force At The Time Of Issuing The Invoice For The Supplied Electricity. Pursuant To The Regulation On Elimination Of Disturbances On The Domestic Energy Market (Og 104/2022; Og 31/2023); Hrvatske Ceste D.O.O. Are A Legal Entity With Public Powers, And As Such Are Subject To The Price Of Electricity According To Article 3 Of The Regulation In Question.
