Manages And Operates 6,447 Bridges, Of Which 98% Are National Road Bridges Used By Vehicles, And 2% Are Pedestrian And Bicycle Bridges. Based On The Actual Bridge And Culvert Maintenance Work Of The Past 2 Years, It Is Expected That Approximately 50-70 Individual Customers Will Be Dispatched To The National Road Bridges Used By The Bidders Vehicle Each Year, Of Which 1-5 Will Be For Bicycle Bridge Maintenance. In Ad Hoc Orders, The Expected Minimum Intervention Length For The Installation And/Or Full/Partial Replacement Of The Carpet Expansion Structure Is 20 Meters. In Ad Hoc Orders, The Expected Minimum Intervention Length For The Installation And/Or Full/Partial Replacement Of The Rubber Profile Expansion Structure Is 15 Meters. On The Basis Of A General Business Contract - Detailed In The Technical Description (Technical Specification) And Its List Of Items - Carrying Out Repair Work According To Ad Hoc Orders, On The Substructure, Superstructure, Bridge Accessories, Insulation And Covering System, Drainage System, Dilation Structure, Corrosion Protection Coatings Of The Bridges And Culverts That Will Be Operated By The Contracting Authority Or Will Later Be Operated By The Contracting Authority, Their Possible Full-Scale Or Minor In Case Of Malfunctions Or Damages, Based On The Written Notification Of The Contracting Authority, At The Locations Of The Bridges And Culverts Specified In The Ad Hoc Orders. The Orders For The Mostly Low-Value, Individual Works To Be Performed Will Be Made Up To A Net Frame Amount Of Huf 2,500,000,000, Depending On The Actual Procurement Needs (Ad Hoc Orders). The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 70% Of The Total Amount, And Stipulates That He Is Not Obliged To Draw Any Amount Above This Amount. The Quantities Per Item Of Each Specific Work To Be Performed, As Well As The Unique Technical, Traffic Management And Construction Requirements, Are Specified By The Bidder In The Individual Orders. The Deadline For The Completion Of The Works Included In Individual Orders Is Determined In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Description And The Draft Contract, Depending On Which Of The 4 Categories Included In The Technical Description The Contracting Authority (Customer) Classifies The Work In Question. In A One-Off Order And Within A Category, The Tenderer Can Also Set Realistic Partial Deadlines From A Technological And Technical Point Of View (E.G. In The Event Of A Vehicle Collision In The Winter Season For The Restoration Of The Railing And The Repair Of The Corrosion Protection Coating Of The Bridge Edge). In The Case Of A Complex Ad Hoc Order (Qualifying According To Several Categories), The Contracting Authority Can Specify The Deadline Corresponding To Each Category In Combination. The Detailed Technical Information Is Contained In The Technical Description Chapter Of The Public Procurement Documents. In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Manner, The Procuring Entity Shall, For The Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Procedure, Activity, Person, Or Patent Specified In This Call For Proposals And Other Public Procurement Documents
