Software Package And Information Systems – Taloha Erp. 2M-It Oy Operates On An In-House Principle And Tenders And Produces Ict Solutions And Services For Its Owner-Customers As Their Liaison And Joint Procurement Unit. The Owner-Customer Varsinais-Suomen Welfare Area (The End Customer Of The Procurement, The Final Customer) Together With 2M-It Oy Has Initiated A Competitive Negotiation Procedure With A Procurement Notice And A Request For Participation, The Subject Of Which Are The Licenses And Usage Rights (Technology Licenses) Of The Erp Complex (Technology) Produced As A Saas Service For The Technology Consisting Of The Functional Areas Of Finance, Logistics And Procurement (Technology Licenses) And The Procurement Procedure Immediately Related To The Technology. Limited Additional Services Specified During The Period, Such As Expert, Support, Product, Interface, Information Security, Right Of Use, Technical Environment Or Services Related To Ensuring Continuity To The Extent That They Are Directly Related To The Use, Management, Maintenance Or Development Of The Offered Saas Technology During The Contract Period. 2M-It Oy Will Own The Acquired Technology Licenses As The Procurement Unit. In The Taloha Erp Program, Two Purchases Will Be Made: The Purchase Of Technology Licenses And The Purchase Of A System Integrator. The Tender For This Procurement Notice And Request For Participation Will First Implement The Technology License Procurement, And It Is Aimed Specifically At Technology Suppliers. The Attached Project Description And Its Attachments Contain More Detailed Preliminary Information On, Among Other Things, The Procurement Procedure, The Description Of The Procurement Object, The Progress Of The Procurement Procedure, The Application For Participation And The Selection Of Candidates, As Well As The Selection And Comparison Criteria.
