Winter-Sports Facilities Construction Work – Design-Construction Contract For The Renovation Of The Courchevel Ski Jumps Site. Solideo Alpes 2030 Is Responsible For The Project Management Of The Renovation Operation Of The Courchevel Ski Jumps Site, A Site Intended To Host The Events Of The 2030 Winter Olympic Games. The Operation Must Enable The Technical, Functional And Sporting Upgrade Of The Site For The Needs Of The Games, While Ensuring The Sustainability And Usability Of The Equipment In The Legacy Phase. This Overall Design-Construction Contract Therefore Concerns The Design And Execution Of Renovation Work On The Existing Site. The Operation Is Characterized By The Technicality And Multiplicity Of The Works Concerned, In A Mountain Environment With Strong Geotechnical, Access And Seasonal Constraints, As Well As By The Integration Of Sports Equipment Subject To International Approval Requirements And Vertical Transport Equipment. The Holder Will Provide All Design And Production Services Necessary For The Operation. The Design Includes In Particular The Consolidation Of Pre-Project Studies, Project Studies, Execution Studies, Administrative And Environmental Procedures And Authorizations, Procedures Relating To Security, Erp And Sports Approval, As Well As Monitoring Of Execution, Reception And Commissioning Operations And Support During The Perfect Completion Guarantee Phase. The Work Mainly Concerns Geotechnical Reinforcements And Stabilization Of The Site, The Recovery Of Drainage Devices And Certain Low Slabs, The Rehabilitation Of The K90 And K120 Springboards And Their Sports Equipment, As Well As The Replacement Of The Existing Funicular With An Inclined Elevator Installed On Its Route, With The Creation Of An Intermediate Stop Serving The Coaching Platforms. The Operation Also Includes The Renovation Or Bringing Into Compliance Of The Access Towers And The Judges Tower, The Coaching Platforms, The Finish Rackets And Sliding Complexes, The Stands, Buildings And Technical Premises, Pathways And Access, As Well As The Modernization Of Lighting, Distribution Networks And Installations, Watering Systems, Sliding Complexes, Snow Retention Systems, Operating, Maintenance, Supervision And Control Equipment. The Contract Includes A Firm Phase And Optional Phases, Each Including The Corresponding Design And Construction Services. These Optional Phases Relate In Particular To The Complete Renovation Of Certain Buildings And Structures On The Site, The Rework Of Concrete And The Waterproofing Of The K90 And K120 Springboards, The Covering Of The Take-Off Zones, The Reconstruction Or Adaptation Of The Coaching Platforms, The Renovation Of The Vehicle Track Providing Access To The Judges Tower, The Construction Of A Waiting Room For The K90 Jumpers, The Renovation Of The Electrical Production And The Construction Of A Tunnel Under The Stands Intended For The Athletes.
