Construction Work – Reconstruction Of The Tram Line On Ul. Legionów And Ul. Zielona Along With Power Supply And Bus Stop Infrastructure And Modernization Of The Water Supply Network. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Authors Supervision In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of The Existing Tram Line, Reconstruction Of The Road System For The Needs Of Public Transport, Construction And Reconstruction Of Accompanying Infrastructure For All Industries, Development Of Greenery, As Well As Implementation Of Power Supply And Bus Stop Infrastructure (Within The Scope Of Mci Tasks) And Modernization Of The Water Supply Network (Within The Scope Of Zwik Tasks), Divided Into The Following Tasks: 1.1. Task 1 (Mci): Modernization Of The Tram Network In The Area Of ​​The Junction Of The Following Streets: Legionów, Kasprzaka, Włókniarzy And Zielona, ​​Together With Sections Of The Streets: Legionów From The Junction To Ul. Konstantynowska (Railway Viaduct), Konstantynowska From Ul. Legionów (Railway Viaduct) To Al. Unia Lubelskiej Along With The Intersection. 1.2. Task 2 (Mci): Modernization Of The Tram Network In Ul. Zielona From The Junction To Ul. Żeromskiego Without An Intersection And The Necessary Fragments Of Cross Streets. 1.3. Task 3 (Mci): Modernization Of The Tram Network In Ul. Zielona From Ul. Żeromskiego (With The Intersection) To Ul. Wólczańska (Without The Intersection). 1.4. Task 4 (Mci): Modernization Of The Tram Network In Ul. Legionów From Ul. Kasprzaka (Without Intersection) To Ul. Żeligowskiego (With An Intersection). 1.5. Task 5 (Zwik): Modernization Of The Water Supply Network With Connections In Ul. Legionów On The Section From Ul. Żeligowskiego To Al. Włókniarzy. 1.6. Task 6 (Zwik): Modernization Of The Water Supply Network With Connections In Ul. Zielona On The Section From Ul. Legionów To Ul. Wólczańska. 2. Special Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Green Public Procurement Procedures Apply To The Proceedings In Question. 2.1. Orders Will Be Fulfilled In A Way That Helps Protect The Environment And Reduce The Amount Of Waste. 2.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In A Way That Takes Into Account Pro-Environmental Aspects, Including: 1) To Manage The Process Of Ordering And Delivering Materials To The Construction Site In Such A Way That The Materials Are Delivered And Delivered When Needed, I.E. Materials Should Not Be Collected And Lying On The Construction Site And Create An Unnecessary Risk Of Damage Or Destruction Of Stored Materials, 2) To Carry Out Works And Manage The Place Of Execution Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Reduction Of Negative Impact On The Environment And The Preparation And Updating Of A Waste Management Plan Generated During Result Of The Execution Of The Order, 3) To Carry Out Finishing Works With The Obligation To Thoroughly Tidy Up The Area Where The Works Were Carried Out.
