The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Vmware Software Subscriptions Including The Associated Support Services And Professional Services (Service Entitlement) For The Cologne University Hospital And The Companies Entitled To Purchase. The Procurement Includes In Particular Vmware Cloud Foundation (Vcf), Vmware Vdefend And Other Vmware Products In Accordance With The Specifications. The Services Are Accessed Individually As Needed During The Contract Term Of 60 Months. This Includes The Provision Of Software Subscriptions Including Maintenance And Support As Well As The Use Of Professional Services. Additional Purchases Of Additional Licenses Are Possible To The Extent Provided For In The Contract. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Economical, Secure And Highly Available Operation Of The Clients Existing Vmware-Based Data Center Infrastructure.
