Supply Of frp modular toilet (pre assembled) for lhb ac 2t, 3t & composite coaches. , frp modular toilet (pre assembled) for lhb ac 2t, 3t & composite coaches. as per drawing: mdts-214 rev-12 with addendum as per lno. md46111 dated 16.04.2024 and corrigend um-1 as per lno. md46111 dated 18.04.2024 with attachment wall drawings no. mi008007 alt.b & mi008028 alt.nil. note-(1)supply of lavatory module for ac coaches should be done in 03 pi eces (of walls) which can be fully assembled inside the coach.(2)height of lavatory module must be 2070+10mm.it shall be minimized from top of the lavatory module only with referen ce to applicable lavatory module drawings. , packing instruction: modular toilet a wooden fr ame to be provided at the bottom of each modular toilet. wooden frame should consist of four supports of size 100x100x150 mm length with strips size 40x100mm of suitable length. modular toilet ould be suitably fastened with proper packing using item like biodegradable packing of adequate strength. the modular toilet to be covered with stitched cover of ta rpaulin of good quality.a list should be pasted on each box showing purchase order no. ,p l no. , description, drg no. /spec no. , qty, firm name & address & date of dispatch etc. for l oose supply of items of frp modular toilet as per mdts 214 ( latest version) , packing instru ction (of latest version) willbe followed : for packing of inside/outside mirror : packing in struction no pi 134 should be followed for packing of attachment wall : packing instructi on no pi 184 should be followed.for packing of ceiling flap mounting , scrapper matting an d soap dispenser with cage and other item if any : packing instruction pi 042 should be foll owed [ warranty period: 84 months after the date of delivery ] [quantity tolerance (+/-): 5 %age , item category : normal , total po value variation permitted: max 8 lacs ] ]
