1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Adaptation Of Two Rooms For The Needs Of Disabled People In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Nowa Sól At Ul. Piłsudskiego 12 Implemented As Part Of The Project: Accessible Local Government 2.0 For The Grant Project Entitled Accessibility Without Barriers - Nowa Sól Municipal Office For Everyone Implemented By The Minister Of The Interior And Administration In Partnership With The State Fund For Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons, The Institute Of Regional Development Foundation And The Silesian Association Of Municipalities And Districts In The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of A Customer Service Room With An Area Of 12.14 M2, Including Dismantling Door Joinery, Cash Register Window, Blinds And Pvc Flooring, As Well As Temporary Disassembly And Reassembly Of Equipment Elements, Such As Air Conditioning, Heater, Lighting Fixture; Widening The Door Opening To A Minimum Width Of 90 Cm, Bricking Up The Opening After The Cash Register Window, And Delivering And Installing Thresholdless Aluminum Doors With Adjustable Frames; Pvc Floor Coverings With Skirting Boards; Renovation Of A Toilet With A Vestibule With An Area Of 5.81 M2, Including Demolition Of The Existing Partition Wall And Construction Of A New Partition Wall Along With Reconstruction Of Door Openings, Dismantling Of Door Joinery, Dismantling Of Wall And Floor Coverings, Replacement Of Water And Sewage Lines And Construction Of New Water And Sewage, Electrical, Lighting And Mechanical Ventilation Installations, Radiator, Construction Of Structures And A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Plasterboards, Laying Wall Tiles And Floor Stoneware, Installation Of New Aluminum Doors, Installation Of A Ceiling Pir Presence Sensor And A Complete 24V Ac Call System As Well As Complete Sanitary Equipment And Equipment For People With Disabilities, Including A Call System, Handrails, Changing Table And Bathroom Accessories.
