Scope Of Works - Includes The Continuation Of The Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewerage Network In Two Locations In Bakałarzewo, Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Notifications To The Staroste. Suwalski In Accordance With The Following: 1) Sanitary Sewage System In The Vicinity Of The Stadium - Construction Of A Ps-2 Sewage Pumping Station On Plot No. 893/2, 2) Sanitary Sewage Network Behind The School - Construction Of A Ps-1 Sewage Pumping Station On Plot No. 125/22, The Scope Also Includes: A) Construction Of An Information Board; B) Surveying Services; C) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation - 2 Copies, Including, Among Others: Including: D) Preparation Of Complete Documentation In Order To Conduct, In Consultation With The Ordering Party And On Its Behalf, The Procedure Including Reporting The Completion Of Works Or An Application For An Occupancy Permit To The District Construction Supervision Inspector Of The Land District In Suwałki (In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended).
