The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Hall To The Function Of A Civil Defense Warehouse Enabling Safe Storage Of Material Supplies. After Completion Of The Works, The Facility Should Ensure Year-Round Use, Appropriate Technical Conditions, And Maintain A Temperature Of At Least +8°C. The Existing Building Is A Warehouse With A Reinforced Concrete Structure With A Trough Roof, A Concrete Industrial Floor And An Unloading Ramp. The Supporting Structure Is In A Condition That Allows Further Operation. The Roof, Facade, Floor And Electrical Installation Require Renovation. The Scope Of The Task Includes In Particular: A) Construction Works: - Taking Over And Appropriately Securing The Work Area; - Execution Of Preparatory, Cleaning And Security Works; - Performance Of Demolition And Dismantling Works Provided For In The Opz; - Execution Of Construction And Repair Works On The Existing Hall Elements; - Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of Building Partitions, Including Walls, Roof And Other Elements Of The Facility; - Execution Of Internal And External Finishing Works; - Carrying Out Works Related To The Development Of The Investment Area; B) Sanitary Works: - Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including In Particular Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Ventilation; - Carrying Out All Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Adjustments And Commissioning Of The Installation; C) Electrical And Telecommunications Works: - Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including Basic And Emergency Lighting, Cctv Video Monitoring (6 Full Hd Cameras With A Minimum 8-Port Recorder, A Disk Ensuring Recordings Are Stored For 5 Days And A Monitor - Installation Of The Recorder In A Cabinet In The Middle Of The Warehouse) And Taking Into Account The Heating Of The Hall Using Heating And Ventilation Units (Wall Heaters With An Air Exchange Function And A Mixing Chamber). All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Specified Directly In This Opz, Should Be Performed Complete In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards And Provisions Of The Construction Law. Due To The Lump-Sum Settlement, When Estimating The Price, The Contractor Should Also Take Into Account All Elements Of The Execution Process, Including, For Example: Organizing The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Ensuring Ongoing Service Surveying, Archaeological, Marking And Securing The Construction Site, Carrying Out The Necessary Research And Acceptance And Completing Documentation Covering The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Preparing An As-Built Project Report Along With An As-Built Surveying Inventory, Accepted Into The Geodetic Resource, Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works No Later Than
