Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Under This Order, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense: • To Obtain All Arrangements Related To The Execution Of The Order, • During The Implementation Of The Works, Enable And Secure The Passage Around The Fire Station Building And Enable The Functioning Of The Fire Station Building During The Works • Dismantle Temporary Structures, Clean Up The Construction Site And Used Areas And Restore Them To Their Original Condition, B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Not Specified In The Documents, And The Quoted Price Includes Also The Value Of These Works.C) Remuneration Is Not Due For Works Not Performed As
