The Name Of The Task Given By The Ordering Party: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3287D, Km 0+000 - 2+578 [Flood - September 2024] - Starkówek - Paszków, Stage I: 1+628 - 2+578. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3287D On The Section From Km 1+628 To Km 2+578, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Design Documentation, Drawing Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Measurement And Demolition Works As Well As Organization And Marking The Construction Site;2) Execution Of Earthworks, Including Channeling, Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, As Well As Construction Of The Necessary Embankments;3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Drainage Devices, Including Ditches, Culverts, Sewers, Street Inlets And Front Walls;4) Construction Of Street Sewage And Other Surface Drainage Elements;5) Reinforcement Of The Road Structure Using Deep Cold Recycling Technology Using A Mineral-Cement-Emulsion Mixture Mce In Situ;6) Construction Of Substructures For The Road, Widenings, Passing Areas And Exits;7) Construction Of Road Widening, Crossings And Exits In Accordance With The Design Documentation;8) Construction Of Road Surfaces, Widenings, Passing Passages And Exits From Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Along With The Required Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion;9) Construction And Strengthening Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate;10) Execution Of French Drainage And Other Works Related To The Drainage Of The Road Body; 11) Execution Of Finishing, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works; 12) Performance Of The Required Research, Tests And Measurements And Submission Of Acceptance And As-Built Documentation; 13) Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution, Completion And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Legal Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector;2) Ensuring Surveying Services, Necessary Equipment, Materials And Personnel;3) Securing And Proper Marking Of The Construction Site And Ensuring The Safety Of Road Traffic, Persons And Property;4) Carrying Out Works In A Way That Limits Disruptions To Road Users To The Minimum Necessary And Ensuring Access To And Access To Adjacent Properties, To The Extent Resulting From The Technology Of Works;5) Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Drainage Devices;6) Performing The Required Tests And Quality Control, Including Tests Related To The Use Of Mce In Situ Technology;7) Proper Management Of Materials From Demolition, Milling And Earthworks As Well As Waste Management In Accordance With Applic
