The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of An Office And Warehouse Building Into An Administrative And Social Building With Technical And Workshop Facilities Located At Ul. Spacerowa 17 In Zduńska Wola (Registered Plots No. 281/34 And 281/33, Precinct 05) Within The Scopes Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). After Reconstruction, The Building Will Be Equipped With Internal Installations: Electricity (Including Basic And Emergency Lighting), Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage And Central Heating Powered By An Oil Boiler Room Supported By An Air Heat Pump (In The Future Also By Photovoltaic Panels).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Following Attachments: 1) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz): 2) Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Including: A) Architectural And Construction Design, B) Technical/Executive Design For The Construction And Construction Industry, C) Technical/Executive Design For The Sanitary Installations Industry, D) Technical/Executive Design For The Electrical Installations Industry, E) Designed Characteristics Energy,F) Bills Of Quantities (Constituting An Auxiliary Element Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration),2.
