1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Access Road To The Gronowo Foresters Lodge. The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented On Plots Marked With Numbers 5144/10 Rev. 0002 Borówno Unit Register 040504_3 Kowalewo Pomorskie And 1144/13 Rev. 0005 Gronowo Unit Register 041504_2 Lubicz. The Planned Access Road To The Gronowo Forestry Has Category Xxv Of A Building Structure. The Sections Of The Access Road Being The Subject Of The Order Constitute An Extension Of The Existing Farm Access Roads To The Gronowo Foresters Lodge And To The Existing Fire-Fighting Water Draw-Off Point And Recreation Area Nearby. These Roads Are Located In Forests Administered By Pgl Golub-Dobrzyń Forest District. The Task Covered By This Study Consists Of 3 Sections With A Total Length Of 355.70 M. In Its Existing Condition, The Vast Majority Of Its Route Has A Natural Dirt Road With A Variable Width, Locally Reinforced With Recycled Crushed Aggregate. The Road Has No Shoulders. Surface Drainage Of The Road Surface Through Existing Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To The Ground Adjacent To The Road. According To The Information Included On The Map For Design Purposes, There Are No Networks Or Technical Infrastructure Devices At The Site Of The Planned Works. In The Area Located Within The Lines Separating The Area Of ​​The Planned Investment, There Are No Buildings Intended For Demolition. The Implementation Area Of ​​The Planned Reconstruction Is Located In Areas Covered By Forms Of Nature Protection - The Drwęca Valley Protected Landscape Area. The Planned Road Construction Does Not Violate The Principles Of Protection Of This Area, Specified In Resolution No. Xxxviii/656/17 Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Assembly Of November 27, 2017 Regarding The Protected Landscape Area Of ​​The Drwęca Valley. It Is Planned To Expand The Existing Sections Of The Road By Constructing The Entire Length Of The Road Surface With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 90/3 (Granite Aggregate) With A Width Of 3.5 M. On Section I, It Is Planned To Build A Passing Road Next To The Road With A Surface Width Of 3.0 M. On Section I, It Is Planned To Construct An Exit To The Foresters Lodge And A Point For Drawing Water For Firefighting Purposes, As Well As Parking Spaces For Using The Recreation Area. It Is Planned To Provide 4 Parking Spaces, Including 1 Space For A Disabled Person. The Structure Of The Passing Road Surface, Exits And Parking Spaces Is Similar To The Road Surface Structure. At The Edge Of The Designed Road Surface, Passing Areas, Exits And Parking Spaces, The Roads Are Planned To Be Made Of Recycled Crushed Concrete Aggregate 0/63 With A Width Of 0.75 M. Cross-Slopes Of The Road Surface And Roof And One-Sided Passing Areas Are 3.0%. Cross Slope Of The Roadside 6.0%.
