Task No. 1 - Delivery Of Dressing Sets For Negative Pressure Wound Treatment Therapy Along With The Lease Of 3 Pieces Of Equipment. The Assortment, Quantity And Price Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Required Technical And Operational Parameters And Other Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 2/1 To The Swz, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Attach To The Offer. The Price Specification Of The Subject Of The Lease Is Annex No. 2/1A To The Swz, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Attach To The Offer. Pursuant To The Requirement Specified In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party, Using A Price Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2/1 To The Swz) Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract.
