1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Complete Construction And Installation Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of External Lighting And The Implementation Of A Cctv Video Monitoring System At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Zakopane In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design And Decision Of The Tatra Starosta No. 159/2026 Of May 26, 2026.1.2.The Result Of The Order Is To Be Complete, Safe, Technically Efficient And Ready For Use: 1) External Area Lighting Installation, 2) Cctv Video Monitoring Installation, 3) Cable, Power Supply, Protection And Teletransmission Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of These Installations. 4) Training Of Employees In Their Use 1.3.The Installations Must Be Completed, Launched, Configured, Checked And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Along With A Set Of Required Documents, Protocols, Instructions And Administrative Data Enabling Their Independent Operation. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Make All Notifications, Arrangements And Notifications Required By Law, Design Documentation Or Technical Conditions To The Relevant Authorities, Network Operators And Other Institutions, In Particular Tauron, Construction Supervision Authorities Or Relevant Environmental Protection Authorities - If Such An Obligation Occurs Before The Commencement Of The Works, During Their Implementation Or After Their Completion. If, In Accordance With The Regulations, The Ordering Party As An Investor Is Required To Perform A Specific Formal Action, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete Documentation Necessary To Perform It And Cooperate With The Ordering Party In This Respect.1.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documents, Which Constitute Attachments To The Swz: 1) Architectural And Construction Design Approved By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body (Annex No. 12 To The Swz), 2) Land Development Design Approved By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body (Annex No. 13 To The Swz), 3) Technical Design Together With Drawings, Arrangements And Other Elements Of The Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 4) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb) - Annex No. 10 To The Swz,5) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz,6) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz,7) Explanations And Changes To The Order Documents Made Available By The Ordering Party In The Course Of The Procedure.1.4.1.Documents Listed In Section 4.5 The Swz Should Be Considered Together As Mutually Complementary Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.1.4.2.The Swz Does Not Repeat Detailed Technical, Material And Quantitative Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb.
